Thomasville taps Schaffer for new creative post

Thomasville, N.C. — Bob Schaffer has joined Thomasville Furniture Inds. in the newly created position of creative director.
He will be responsible for the presentation of wood and upholstered products in Thomasville's showrooms and will direct product photography. He reports to Tom Tilley, president and chief executive officer.
"Bob brings great talent and extensive experience to Thomasville," said Tilley. "He has been creative director at Lineage Home Furnishings, Drexel Heritage, Vanguard Furniture and, most recently, Pennsylvania House. He has done photography styling, showroom design and gallery planning for many other companies, including Thomasville."
