Graves most recently was vice president of sales and marketing for Hickory White, and has held senior marketing posts at Southern Furniture of Conover and Lexington Home Brands. He also was vice president of merchandising for JCPenney and began his career at retailer Willis Wayside in Virginia Beach, Va.
Sinclair said Graves "has outstanding relationships with many of our key retail partners, and his extensive industry experience will help us double our sales over the next three years."
