Roadway Express offers security shipping service

Akron, Ohio — Roadway Express now offers Roadway Sealed Divider Service for shippers that have special security needs.
Roadway Sealed Divider provides a secure less-than-truckload shipping environment for a customer's freight. Two tamper-proof rod locks secure a customized barrier within the trailer from pickup to destination. Handling is minimized and co-mingling of freight is eliminated.
"We had been experiencing damage problems with our previous carrier," said John Esguerra, vice president of Art & Frame Direct. "Their conventional loads were being stripped and reloaded, causing damage and dissatisfied customers. The Roadway Sealed Divider program has exceeded our expectations. We have reduced our labor costs by not having to crate our products before pickup."
