Fort Worth, Texas — The Bombay Company is participating in an annual fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital featuring the Danny Bear.
"St. Jude deeply appreciates Bombay's support," said Marlo Thomas, national outreach director of St. Jude and daughter of hospital founder Danny Thomas. "Their generous efforts help make possible our hospital's life-saving work and help to carry on my father's dream that no child should ever be turned away from St. Jude due to a family's inability to pay for treatment."
Danny Bear is the sixth in a series. It's 16 inches high, retails for $18 and is available at Bombay stores and on the Web at www.bombaycompany.com. St. Jude receives 10% of the purchase price.
