Recline-A-Thon helps hospital

Phoenix — Metro Phoenix La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries hosted its annual Recline-A-Thon in March, benefiting Water Watchers at Phoenix Children's Hospital plus its Cancer Center and Heart2Heart support group.
"Our stores have been strengthening ties with Phoenix Children's Hospital, starting with our commitment to the Injury Prevention Center and its water safety program," said Ed Breunig, president and owner of the local La-Z-Boy stores. "We are excited to help other hospital programs."
The Recline-A-Thon was held at the hospital. People gathered pledges and each group had five La-Z-Boy recliners to "rock and recline" in. Water Watchers received an additional $2,500 from La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries for raising the most money.
