Roche-Bobois unveils metro Detroit unit

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, May 26, 2003

High-end franchise chain Roche-Bobois has opened a store in this Detroit suburb. The unit, at just over 12,000 square feet of display space, is its largest in the Midwest.

The store houses all three of the company's lines: the Contemporary Collection, Les Voyages (eclectic) and Les Provinciales (French antique reproductions). It is the 32nd Contemporary and 15th Les Provinciales location.

Owners of the Michigan store are Edgar Hagopian and Greg Eitelman. William Barlege is store manager.

The grand opening party included a raffle of $10,000 worth of merchandise to benefit Seeds of Peace, an organization dedicated to uniting young people from nations that are in conflict with one another.
