C&D offers tasty treats

The Commerce & Design Building will host "A Taste of C&D" on Friday, April 4 from 4 to 6 p.m. A selection of wine, beer and sparkling water will be offered on each floor. The food stations and entertainment on each floor are:

  • First floor: Domestic and imported cheese with fruit and gourmet wafers; pianist and singer.

  • Second floor: Antipasta display of Italian meats, breads and cheese; metalsmith.

  • Third floor: Crudites with dips and assorted pates, French bread rounds; jazz duo.

  • Fourth floor: Carving station of roasted pork tenderloin and roasted turkey breast, assorted rolls; fabric artist.

  • Fifth floor: Smoked salmon with cucumbers, capers, red onion and herbed cream cheese, English water crackers; jazz trio.

  • Sixth floor: Shrimp cocktail with spicy cocktail sauce; stained-glass artist.

  • Seventh floor: Fresh fruit and cake with caramel and fudge dipping sauces; jazz trio.

  • Eighth floor: Vegetable sushi with dipping sauce, fortune cookies and almond cookies; sculptural basketry artist.
