Rosemont, Ill. — Restonic Mattress has promoted Donna Amatulli Favia to vice president of marketing services for U.S. and international markets.
In the newly created position, she becomes one of the highest-ranking women in the bedding industry. Previously, she was senior director of sales development. She will continue to be involved in sales education and will add marketing duties.
"Donna has built outstanding relationships with our plants and retailers that will allow her to work on a focused basis with each," said Ed Scott, Restonic's president.
Favia, who has a bedding retail background, has been at Restonic for nine years and was recently recognized as one of the National Home Furnishings Assn.'s Top 10 Women in Power in Home Furnishings, and received a Telly Award for a training video she produced.
"I look forward to continuing my commitment to our retailers with our outstanding training program and integrating the marketing function as a critical element to their success," said Favia.
