No Sunday at upcoming casual market
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, February 9, 2003
High Point — The Summer and Casual Furniture Manufacturers Assn. has dropped Sunday hours from the International Casual Furniture and Accessories Market in Chicago.
This year's show will run from Wednesday, Sept. 10, through Saturday, Sept. 13, culminating with the Apollo Awards banquet on Saturday night. Previously, the show continued on Sunday.
Joseph Logan, executive director of the SCFMA, said the board voted to make the change after temporary and permanent exhibitors said they favored a four-day show.
