By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, January 5, 2003
High Point — Glen Raven is introducing more than 100 SKUs of Sunbrella Decorative Fabrics at its showroom in the Resource Center, 329 S. Wrenn St., during Showtime here this week.
In addition, the company will show a dozen new patterns in the Joe Ruggiero collection. Ruggiero, who hosts "Homes Across America" on the HGTV television channel, introduced the initial Sunbrella fabrics for his furniture line at Norwalk — The Furniture Idea stores in 2002.
Sunbrella, well known for years as an outdoor fabric, has added interior fabrics in the past couple of years, with benefits including colorfastness, durability and cleanability provided by its 100% solution-dyed acrylic fibers.
