Style Trend group elects Beck

Philadelphia — Style Trend Furniture Group, a Mid-Atlantic buying group, has elected Walter Beck of Gamburg's Furniture in Hatboro, Pa., as president for 2003–2004.
Other officers are: first vice president, Frank Gerardi, Johnny Janosik's, Laurel, Del.; second vice president, Chris Fecera, Fecera's, Pottstown, Pa.; and treasurer, Jon Garber, D&D Home Furnishings, Whitehall, Pa.
Style Trend has 15 member stores with 27 locations in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, generating annual sales of more than $100 million.
Style Trend distributes more than 30 million color circulars a year, advertising manufacturers such as Action, Berkline, Broyhill, Hickory Hill, Klaussner/Sealy, Lea, Legacy, Rowe, Samuel Lawrence, Thornwood and Vaughan.
