Microfibres expanding faux suede offerings
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, January 5, 2003
High Point — Microfibres is making a larger push into faux suede with a new product that's debuting at Showtime here this week.
The flocked nylon specialist, looking to give furniture retailers more differentiation in their suede fabric offerings, has developed the Microfibres Cut-Suede collection. The nylon fabric, on a cotton back, combines a simple suede look with elegantly carved contemporary patterns and costs about $6.95 per yard.
Microfibres' High Point showroom is on the 13th floor of the International Home Furnishings Center.
