A story on page 18 of the Oct. 14 issue about Storis Management Systems users' conference said the software company received 56,000 client support calls in the last year, with almost all calls resolved in one day. The period of time was actually between the company's last two user conferences, a two-year period. The company averages about 25,000 calls per year.
