Clifford Kamprath, retired sales rep
Roswell, N.M. — Retired furniture sales representative Clifford R. Kamprath died Oct. 23. He was 75.
Kamprath began his furniture career as national sales manager for the furniture retailer A. Brandt and then was sales manager for manufacturer Schnadig Furniture. He later became an independent sales representative for manufacturers Barcalounger, Vaughan and Pulaski before retiring in 1984.
Kamprath is survived by his wife, two children and three grandchildren.
Betty Schayer, wife of Lady Americana president
Kennesaw, Ga. — Betty L. Schayer, the wife of Lady Americana Associates President Gene Schayer, died unexpectedly at her home here Oct. 23.
Schayer, 66, died in her sleep, her husband said. The couple had been married for 45 years.
Survivors, in addition to Gene Schayer, include a sister, six children and 10 grandchildren.
