Shuttle system expands

High Point — An expanded shuttle system will serve buyers at Showtime 2004 here next week, July 12–15.
The International Textile Market Assn. had arranged to increase service to help buyers avoid traffic problems related to repairs on the Lindsay Street bridge. Work on the bridge was postponed, but the expanded service was already set.
Shuttles will pick up buyers in free parking lots on Commerce Avenue between Hamilton and Centennial streets; on Green Drive between Hamilton and Centennial; and on Green between S. Elm Street and Lindsay.
Shuttle stops will include Market Square Textile Tower, Suites at Market Square, Showplace, the Radisson Hotel, and near the Fabric Center on South Hamilton and the Resource Center on South Wrenn.
