Four new collections are featured:

  • Venetian, reminiscent of the fine classical designs found in palaces in Venice, Italy. The master bedroom features a poster bed, and the formal dining room table extends to 156 inches with three fills. Made with birch solids, cherry and birch veneers, and mapa burls.

  • Firenze, inspired by the designs reflecting the aristocratic lifestyle of the Renaissance city of Florence, Italy. The master bedroom features a poster bed, and the formal dining room table extends to 144 inches with three fills. Made with birch solids and cherry veneer.

  • Hillsboro, a contemporary and transitional collection featuring fluid lines and mixed accent woods. The master bedroom includes a sleigh bed. Made with Marupa, a Brazilian white wood, with a primavera finish.

  • Manhattan, a transitional collection featuring mixed media, shapes and curves. The master bedroom includes a sleigh bed. Made with birch solids and mapa veneer and burls.

Additions to existing collections include:

  • Eden, a bar and barstool set in birch solids and veneers and ash burls.

  • Tuscano, expanding this Old World collection with one dining piece and five occasional pieces. They include a round, glass-top dining table, two-piece library unit and three occasional tables. In pine solids and pine veneer.

  • Excelsior, adding one dining piece and five occasional pieces. They include a round, glass-top dining table, library unit and three occasional tables. Made with birch solids and cherry veneer with elaborate hand-carvings.

American Leather M1-500

  • New designs from the American Upholstery division of American Leather include Isabella, a 3-piece sectional in a European design with track arm and aluminum legs in Suede-Life's Fawn, $2,999; and Jasmine Queen Comfort Sleeper sofa in transitional style in V-Life's Champagne, $1,999.

  • Other introductions include the Vincent storage ottoman, suitable for the end of the bed, with ample storage and soft closing mechanism. Offered in standard or double-wide sizing, the piece is covered in Briarwood leather and priced at $1,170 retail.

Armen Art M1-517

  • Importer Armen Art extends its six-month-old promotional line of Chinese-made leather seating to include comparable fabric frames dressed in microfiber and chenille. Competitively priced. Choice of warehouse or container programs.

  • Alexis dining table in classically influenced elegant contemporary styling; chocolate travertine top and espresso wood base with travertine inlay, $2,400.

  • Dining arm and side chairs in premium Italian leather with espresso-finish wood legs and trim; side chair, $510; arm chair, $630.

Boyd Specialty Sleep M1-841

Introducing a duvet-style pillowtop latex bed with memory foam. The Diane model has a 100% latex foam core with a layer of convoluted memory foam for comfort and support. The bed features patented tri-zone "lumbar-pedic" quilting and a tri-zone latex core, which work together to promote superior lumbar support, according to the company. An all-natural StayPure Lyocell cotton cover incorporates anti-microbial protection.

Cambridge Of California M1-733

Introducing a country sofa and love seat in Beck-ford from Covington, $599; a traditional sofa in Belgravia by Blumenthal, $899; and a traditional frame in cherry wood trim with Dillon cover by Morgan, $799. The company also is adding quick-ship service on four frames.

Coaster M2-905

The newly branded Premier Leather by Coaster collection will be unveiled to the California crowd, following its April introduction in High Point. Ten frames are featured, including bycast.

Douglas M1-880

Major effort in motion with three new sectionals, two sofas and five recliners. Also introducing six stationary sofas, its largest leather presentation ever and an expansion of its microfiber program. In addition, the company will introduce two casual contemporary casual dining groups and expand other casual dining groups, including its Versatility collection in wood and metal.

Emerald Home Furnishings M2-914/918

  • Introducing a warehouse program based in China, offering eight stationary leather best sellers and two motion entries. Eight-way hand-tied seating. Mixed container loads offered.

  • Also adding full-grain premium products and casual and contemporary styles.

  • Premium leather covers also join the motion line.

Environ Trading Concourse 423

Island Breeze collection, 120 occasional pieces, including panel screens, round coffee table, cube side table and coffee table, coffee table with four ottomans, console table, nesting coffee tables, Sacha square chair and Balmoral chaise. Style elements include wood and water hyacinth, a dark honey finish and woven treatments; pieces range from $140 to $1,300 retail.

Euro Style M1-547

New exclusive designs from Italian designer Adriano Balutto include:

  • The Helen dining chair in lustrous hand-polished, solid-cast aluminum, stackable, suitable for use indoors or out; $300.

  • Euro Rattan collection in contemporary light-colored woven rattan with chrome bases. Includes the Lani-B bar chair, $135; Moana wide lounge chair, $150; and Olian swivel lounge chair, $450.

New Jersey warehouse to serve East Coast customers.

Georgetown is a collage style that can be special ordered to use up to five different fabrics together on each piece. Company will be introducing a selection of nine different multi-fabric "marriages" merchandised to hit $1,199 to $1,599 retail sofa price points.

Introductions include Angelina sofa in transitional style with flared arm and down pillows and seat, Quaker's Benjamine cover, $799; Soho sofa in transitional styling with modern edge curved arms, straight tailored back in Richloom's Patriot, $599; Corrine sofa, a traditional with camel back and tailored skirt in Quaker's Svelt, $799; and Bari sectional in an Old World mix of leather and fabric with a Spanish flair, in Distinction's mocha leather and Quaker's Indulge cover, $1,299.

  • Entering the dining category with four groups correlating with existing bedroom.

Looking to build its West Coast presence in case goods with several complete collections. Previously, the company showed only occasional and upholstery at the San Francisco market. Dick Idol-licensed line set for West Coast warehousing.

Leather Designs Of Fine Furniture M1-583

Leather upholstery debuts include Sherwood, traditionally styled in leather or leather/fabric; Abilene, western fringed casual/contemporary frame in sueded buck ($2,233 to $4,372); Encino, a modern frame on exposed legs ($2,258 to $4,276); and Century, traditional rolled back with nailheads ($2,574 to $4,833). Produced in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.

Classical Cherry:

  • Six-piece bedroom and four-piece wall unit.

  • Sophisticated classical styling in a cherry finish with simulated stone marble tops and accents, and oversized stone, carved cherry moldings.

New, larger showroom to accommodate expansion into a new category, dining room and several new bedrooms. Introductions include:

  • To Oakcrest bedroom, adding a new finish, Weathered Oak, a hand-burnished, softly distressed look on northern red oak; four pieces, from $3,999.

  • To Cameo bedroom, adding two chests and an entertainment armoire.

Omnia M1-586

Unveiling eight frames, including five stationary and three motion models. The frames are available in either leather or microfiber depending on the specific style. Three of the five stationary intros are traditional styles, to diversify Omnia's more recent contemporary-driven looks.

  • Nicholas is a contemporary two-seat reclining chaise sofa/recliner in sauvage doeskin leather, $1,499 for a reclining sofa. Stefano is a contemporary sofa/chair/ottoman group with wood trim in Sensations taupe leather, $1,299 sofa. Bristol is a contemporary reclining sofa/chair/ottoman in sauvage curry white leather, $1,399. Torre is a traditional pillow top sofa with rolled arms and nailheads, $1,399.

  • Wilmington cherry and burl cedar chest, a jewelry armoire in cherry and burl parquet inlay, with flip top, inset mirror, and lined and divided top compartment; eight fully lined and divided drawers and two swing doors with 100% rayon brown lining; $399.

  • Barrier Reef, a mixed-media island-themed collection with intricate hand carving, embossed leather accents, woven cane trim and a warm nut-brown antiqued finish; game chair, $129; game table, $249; coat rack, $129.

  • Hills of Provence, a collection with hand-distressed top surfaces with hand-carved hardwood legs, shaped rails and aprons; all pieces in rich French antique reproduction white-sand-through satin finish; blanket or coat rack, $79.

  • Garden District, iron accents constructed of steel tubing and solid wire with elegant scrollwork; variety of textures and finishes of lustrous bronze, gold and pewter; plant stand, $119.

  • Attic Cherry collection in antique cherry finish with subtle distressed surfaces; hardwood veneer panels and solid-hardwood turned legs; stairway plant stand, $69.

  • Whittier, a classic iron bed with elegant scroll details, ball finials and a hand-textured Verde Mare finish. It can be used as a headboard with extension legs or a head and footboard for a complete bed. A queen-size head and footboard combination will retail for $159.

Rattan Specialties M1-583

  • New seating groups include Manila, Santos and Traditions, featuring wicker, rattan and hardwood construction. Sofas are priced from $1,575 to $2,205; $1,625 to $2,655, and $1,665 to $2,295, for each respective group. 20 finishes.

  • Also Taipei dining game chairs, priced from $689 to $905.

  • The Finecraft Rattan division adds Malibu series 1900, a rattan/wicker seating group retailing from $1,375 to $2,359 for a sofa. Eight finish options.

Shawna Stoney Concourse 519

  • Madera, a four-piece dining group, including an X-base table, buffets and vitrine; construction of pressed bamboo over MDF; table, $799.

  • Maya, side and arm chairs for dining, plus a lounge chair; mahogany frames and microfiber seats and backs; arm chair, $499; side chair $459.

Showing a major casual contemporary collection that includes three bedroom, dining and occasional groups; plus two additional import bedrooms, casual dining, two domestic bedrooms, new leather and six occasional groups.

  • Contemporary leather upholstery introductions, all defined by clean simple lines, include Miranda, an off-the-floor sofa model with full curves and soft lines on the back and arm cushions. On wood legs with optional detachable headrests. Sofa retails at $1,999.

  • The oversized Very sofa offers soft padding and optional rounded headrests and chrome legs. Retail, $1,999.

  • The Pagoda presents ample proportions in sofa, loveseat, sectional or chaise configurations. Quilted seating, soft feather pillows and reclining back cushions. The aluminium legs, topped off with Plexiglas cap, provide an airy elegant touch. Sectional is $4,500 retail.

Chelsea, casual and indoor furniture, part of the Joe Ruggiero collection, octagonal table and four chairs in tubular aluminum, finished to resemble bamboo; table retails for $2,882, each chair for $892.

Adding three beds to the transitional Stoneridge Oak bedroom:

  • Styles include four-poster with turned legs and raised panel headboard; raised panel sleigh bed with stylish curved headboard and footboard legs; and panel slat headboard and footboard with matching reversed cutouts in panel slats, with low-profile or conventional footboard.

  • Wood bed rails feature one-inch, oak-veneered plywood with an all-metal center support system.

  • To casual lifestyle Del Mar, adding new nickel pipe beds with 52-inch high headboards; and new espresso finish.

Expanding Mission Dining collection with five new pieces in quarter-sawn oak, available in five finishes, chairs with leather seats; six chairs, table and sideboard, $4,700.
