Bay Shore, N.Y. — Duralee Fabrics is buying a building in North Carolina to house its upscale Duralee Fine Furniture company, which is sold through design showrooms around the country.
President Martin Rosenberger said the deal is expected to be completed about the middle of March, when the size and location of the facility will be announced.
The facility also will provide warehousing for the Duralee and Highland Court fabric lines, in addition to the company's 110,000-square-foot facility in Bay Shore.
Duralee Fabric and Duralee Fine Furniture have the same owners, but are separate businesses.
