Spiro's chenille dots lend an air of whimsy to the retro pattern. Rayon and polyester, $5.95.

C. Gelberg Braid

Soft peacock and a mauve-tinged pink are among the vintage shades in the Faded Fox collection of trims. Cotton and rayon, $2.50 to $7.

D. Hafner

Striped Papeete and floral Maeva are happy-colored jacquard coordinates shown with solid Cosmic in a candy pink. Cotton and polyester, $7.50; and cotton, $6.75, respectively.
