Weave WeatherWize line adds cut yardage option
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, January 23, 2005
Hackensack, N.J. — Weave Corp. has launched a cut yardage option in its WeatherWize performance line for furniture and fabric retailers.
The centerpiece of the program is an in-store display fixture, which can be purchased by furniture manufacturers for their customers or by fabric stores, without having to keep any inventory. The display requires little floor space and includes brochures and every SKU of the WeatherWize collection of more than 200 items.
Weave will ship the cut yardage, with attached care instructions, to the consumer, the store or to the furniture manufacturer.
President Roger Berkley said Weave also will provide care hangtags for manufacturers to attach to furniture.
"After a customer, either a fabric retailer or furniture manufacturer, orders a manageable volume of fabric, we will rebate the original cost of the display fixture," he said.
