La-Z-Boy adds 2 stores, gallery

Monroe, Mich. — La-Z-Boy has opened two dedicated stores, in Tennessee and Canada, and installed a gallery in a Michigan store.
Franklin, Tenn., is home to a new La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store on Mallory Lane. John Nickerson is owner of the 15,100-square-foot unit.
In Calgary, Alberta, a La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store has been renovated to reflect the network's New Generation format and reopened. The 21,600-square-foot store is owned by Cam Davidson.
La-Z-Boy currently has 324 stores in its franchise network.
In addition, Godwin's Furniture in Saginaw, Mich., has installed a 10,000-square-foot La-Z-Boy gallery in its 28,000-square-foot store on Bay Road. The store is co-owned by Bob and Pat White and Tom and Kathy Godwin.
