Rep Kirksey saluted

Tupelo, Miss. — Paul Kirksey, a sales representative for Jamison Bedding for more than 40 years, received the Manufacturer's Representative Award during a ceremony at the furniture market here.

The 70-year-old Kirksey, who is retiring at the end of February, was honored for his service to the industry and his support of the Tupelo market.

"If there's a better gentleman, then I've not met him," said Thad Pettyjohn, Jamison's vice president of sales. "I regret that I can't have him next to me for the next 25 years."
