Flexsteel promotes two

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, February 27, 2005

Roger Rhomberg has been named to the newly created position of sales manager-new business development for upholstery producer and case goods importer Flexsteel Inds.

Rhomberg has been with the company for 15 years, beginning as a sales representative and most recently as North Central territory sales manager.

"Flexsteel stands for quality in the markets we serve, and we know there are potential markets we have not reached and we know that these markets must be sought out and identified," said Lee Fautsch, the company's national sales manager. "We feel that Roger Rhomberg, with his years of experience in sales and marketing, is the person to head up this effort."

Taking over Rhomberg's responsibilities in the North Central region will be Tim Newlin, who began his career with Flexsteel in 1997 as a sales trainee. Most recently he has been in the north Texas territory.
