ProfitSystems puts library on Web site

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, March 20, 2005

Retail furniture software provider ProfitSystems has relaunched its Web site at www.profitsystems.net.

It has a library of articles, tools, downloads and educational materials tailored to furniture retailers. Subjects from inventory reduction methods to gross margin discussions can be accessed 24 hours a day, with an improved navigational interface.

"Our company philosophy has always centered around education," said ProfitSystems Vice President Jeff Niskern, "and we wanted this philosophy to carry over to our Web site. The library part of our site concentrates on procedures and plans retailers can implement to cure problems, increase productivity, and insure the health of their organization."

Retailers can also go to the site to request written materials or Best Practice audio CDs on subjects such as "Current Industry Trends" with Jerry Epperson and "Warehousing Design" with David Duff.
