Vest named territory manager at Exact

Collierville, Tenn. — Richard Vest has joined manufacturer and importer Exact Commerce as territory manager for North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

He also will play a role in product development at Exact's factory in south China, Exact Wood. The company produces and imports occasional and casual dining furniture, chair frames and OEM exposed-wood components.

Before joining Exact, Vest was the regional account manager for furniture components supplier Goldman & Co. At Exact, he reports to Jonathan Cochran, national sales manager.

"Richard's extensive skill set and exceptional knowledge of the furniture industry make him the ideal choice for broadening our sales efforts in the Carolinas and Virginia," said Cochran.
