Creative Leather promotes Autrey, Rodgers
Both will report to Michael Gregory

PHOENIX -- Specialty retailer and manufacturer Creative Leather Furniture has promoted employees Steve Autrey and Randy Rodgers.
Autrey, formerly vice president of the retail division, was named chief operating officer for the company's 10 retail showrooms in Arizona, California, Colorado and Nevada.He also is responsible for marketing, advertising, public relations, distribution and customer service.
Autrey joined the company in 1998 after serving as a regional marketing executive for a health and fitness company. Rodgers, formerly director of supplier procurement, was promoted to vice president of manufacturing and product development. He assumes responsibility for the company's 40,000-square-foot manufacturing plant here, which produces built-to-order leather upholstery sold through Creative Leather stores. He will also oversee showroom merchandising, product procurement and product introductions.Rodgers, a 15-year furniture industry veteran, joined Creative Leather in 2001.Both executives report to President Michael Gregory.
