Lawhon updates training

Tulsa, Okla. — Selling Retail International's John F. Law-hon recently previewed his Ultimate Agenda and Management Missives training programs to a group of retailers here.

Participants were furniture and bedding retailers from the United States, Canada and Australia.

Lawhon will introduce the new programs industrywide at the spring High Point market in the National Home Furnishings Assn.'s Resource Center on Friay, April 15 at 8:30 a.m.

"It seems a long time coming," said Lawhon. "After 35 years in retailing and 20 subsequent years of research, writing and working with industry, academic and other business people, I'm finally satisfied that I have achieved what I set out to do in 1986."
