Some traditional themes of British and European country are given a casual touch this market. The wood is often distressed or the painted finish rubbed through to show the wood beneath. The paints come in an array of colors, including the ever-popular off-white and black, but also pastels. These painted looks contrast nicely with stained wood tops on case pieces.
