Correction

A story on page 1 of the May 16 issue erred in saying a lawsuit between American Furniture and former President Gerald Washington was settled. Last year, American won a preliminary injunction against Washington and Affordable Furniture Mfg., with the court ordering Washington and Affordable to cut all ties in honor of a non-compete agreement Washington signed when he and other investors sold American. American continues to seek damages and a permanent injunction against Washington and Affordable Furniture.
