Hickory, N.C. — Fabric industry veteran Lynn Howe has been named vice president of sales and marketing, U.S., for Canadian upholstery fabric producer Parker Bros.
Howe, who is based here, also represents fabric producer Marlatex and leather source Anthem Leather.
La-Z-Boy
Monroe, Mich. — La-Z-Boy has promoted Don Butcher to vice president of La-Z-Boy Tennessee, responsible for overseeing plant operations in Dayton, Tenn.
"Since joining La-Z-Boy, Don has proven his ability to develop high-performance teams, and design and implement lean manufacturing systems," said Don Mather, La-Z-Boy vice president of manufacturing.
Butcher joined La-Z-Boy Arkansas in 2000 and has held a variety of positions, most recently general manager.
Carpet One
Manchester, N.H. — Carpet One, America's largest floor coverings retailer, has named Stan Langer vice president of marketing and advertising.
He has been in retail marketing and advertising in Canada and the United States for 25 years, and most recently was vice president of marketing for Stone Mountain/GCO, an outlet floor covering franchise that, like Carpet One, is part of CCA Global Partners.

Home Couture Collective
New York — Home Couture Collective has added Oscar Reig-Plaza and Michelle Courtois to its sales force.
Reig-Plaza of Barcelona Sales will represent HCC in Texas and the Southwest, and Courtois will represent HCC in the Northeast.
Home Couture Collective includes the trim lines of Gelberg Braid, Bloom Décor, Walco Leather, Antique & Modern Buttons and Charles Lubin Flowers.

Unfinished Furniture Assn.
Mount Laurel, N.J. — Heather Petet, who has been with the Unfinished Furniture Assn. for nearly three years, has been named executive director. She replaces Michelle Biordi, who is leaving the trade group after several years to pursue other career interests.
Petet has been UFA's assistant executive director and helped launch its certification program, Real Wood Furniture Finished Your Way. Before joining the staff of the 650-member association, she served in the Air Force for five years.
"Her professional and personal credentials are a testament to her ability to serve as the new UFA executive director," said Jack Campbell, UFA president.
