Lenoir, N.C. — Full-line manufacturer Broyhill Furniture has unveiled 7,500-square-foot Showcase Galleries in stores in Louisiana, Missouri and Wisconsin.
At Furniture World Plus in Pineville, La., the Broyhill gallery was installed as part of a remodeling that extended the front of the store's selling area.
Owners Tommy Champlin and Mark Vinson have been in business in this now 30,000-square-foot location for 10 years.
Wheeler Furniture's new gallery is in its downtown Springfield, Mo., store. The building, built in 1905 as a harness factory, now houses the 30,000-square-foot store on three floors.
Dick and Glenda Bennett purchased the business in 1985 and are assisted by daughter Becky at the downtown Springfield store. Their son Greg manages the South Springfield store, which is 20,000 square feet and has been in operation three years.
Monroe Furniture Center has a Broyhill Showcase Gallery in its new Monroe, Wis., store.
Owners Jerry and Paula Beckman moved to the location in late 2004 from a smaller downtown building. The new facility has a total of 41,000 square feet, with 30,000 square feet of showroom space. The Beckmans also operate Brodhead Furniture in Brodhead, Wis.
Broyhill is a division of St. Louis-based Furniture Brands International.
