CONOVER, N.C. — Logistics provider Zenith Global Logistics has formed a partnership with a German furniture distribution company to provide in-home delivery and other distribution services throughout Europe. The agreement with Hamburg-based Theodor Kroeger GmbH International Distribution and Logistics allows Zenith to expand its offerings to all of Europe, including the Ukraine, said Steve Wolfe, vice president of business development.
"This expanded service area will give our customers a more cost-effective method for purchasing small orders from multiple U.S. suppliers and having it consolidated and distributed to one or more final destinations in Europe," said Wolfe.
Wolfe said Theodor Kroeger's location in Hamburg, a major seaport, "provides the best possible scenario for our customers for service and cost effectiveness."
In addition to Europe, Zenith covers all of North America and the Caribbean. The company has more than 4.5 million square feet of U.S. warehouse space in 11 locations.
