Georgia furnishings group honors Turner Furniture

The GHFA presented the awards at its 55th annual convention here, which also featured a lineup of seminars and activities.
Speakers at the event at the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort included Bob Moorman of JRM Sales and Management and Georgia state Rep. Chuck Sims, who spoke about legislative actions that could affect the Georgia furniture industry.
On the final evening, awards were presented to the Austin and Fortson Turner of Turner Furniture and to Putnam.
The weekend was rounded out by tennis and volleyball matches and the Claude Bailey Memorial Golf Tournament.
