Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, July 6, 2009

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. — Paul Ng has rejoined Safavieh as sales manager for Internet rug retailers, a new position at the company. He reports to Arash Yaraghi, a principal of the company, and will be responsible for sales and customer service to customers who specialize in Web-based rug sales.

Ng, who will be based at Safavieh's corporate headquarters here, has returned to the company after holding sales positions in various industries for the past five years. His prior experience with Safavieh included work in customer service, administration and accounting.

"We are fortunate to have Paul back on board," Yaraghi said. "His expertise in both sales and customer service will be an asset to Safavieh in our interface with the growing Internet sales segment of the retail rug business."
