Furniture Brands appoints Mark Wiltshire president of Canadian operation

He will be responsible for increasing Canadian sales across FBI's brand portfolio.
Wiltshire was president of La-Z-Boy's retail division before leaving the company last fall. Earlier, he had held executive posts with La-Z-Boy Canada. Before joining La-Z-Boy in 1997, he was merchandising and marketing manager for Canada at the Cantrex buying group, and had worked in store management.
"Mark brings more than a decade of Canadian furniture experience to our expansion into this important market," said Ralph Scozzafava, Furniture Brands' chairman and CEO. "His knowledge of store and gallery programs as well as relationships with Canada's top retail chains will speed the execution of our North American sales efforts."
FBI's key brands include Thomasville, Henredon, Drexel Heritage, Maitland-Smith, Pearson, Laneventure, Broyhill, Hickory Chair and Lane.-
