IHFRA offering discounts on wireless service to members

Covers Verizon, AT&T and Sprint/Nextel plans

HIGH POINT — Members of the International Home Furnishings Representatives Assn. can now receive discounts from wireless telephone service providers Verizon, AT&T and Sprint/Nextel, IHFRA has announced.

Verizon Wireless offers IHFRA members a 10% discount on the monthly access charge, 10% off data plans, and a 25% discount on eligible Verizon Accessories.

AT&T Wireless waives activation fees for IHFRA members and gives 10% off the monthly service bill, 20% off phone accessories and 10% off data plans.

Sprint/Nextel offers IHFRA members 23% off Sprint 450 and 900 monthly anytime minute plans. In addition, Nextel service plans are offered at a 19% discount.

However, the Verizon, AT&T and Sprint/Nextel discounts are not in effect for their unlimited plans.
