Gennet consulting at Ital Art

Rancho Dominguez, Calif. — Upholstery, dining room and occasional furniture maker Ital Art Design is working with Los Angeles-based Gennet Consulting Group to develop fresh product directions, sales initiatives and marketing programs.
Gennet Consulting is headed by Michael Gennet, former president of manufacturer Lazar Inds. and the San Francisco Mart.
Mike Bakian, president of Ital Art Design, said the consulting firm will provide strategic planning, marketing analysis and key account contacts.
He founded the company 10 years ago to provide special-order merchandise from a 150,000-square-foot factory in Southern California and traditional furniture from Asian factories in container quantities.
