Martha Stewart returns to market
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, October 2, 2005
Lenoir, N.C. — Domestic style guru Martha Stewart will be back at the High Point market in October to promote Opal Point, the latest addition to her licensed line with Bernhardt.
Stewart will arrive in High Point Wednesday, Oct. 19, to visit Bernhardt's showroom, where she'll lead a press preview of Opal Point.
That evening, the International Home Furnishings Center will host "An Evening of Decorating and Design with Martha Stewart" in the IHFC's International Ballroom. The invitation-only event begins with cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
It's Stewart's first visit to High Point market since the debut of her Turkey Hill collection with Bernhardt in October 2003. Stewart came to Bernhardt's High Point showroom this summer for a special dealer introduction of Opal Point.
