Verdeck gets Good Cos. sales post

Carson, Calif. — Darrell Verdeck has joined manufacturer and importer Good Cos. here as executive vice president of sales.

In addition to his sales responsibilities, he will oversee product development, both at the company's plant in Tijuana, Mexico, and from overseas sources.

Verdeck was president of importer Lifestyle Enterprise's U.S. division before he left the company early last year. Previously, he had worked at importer Coaster Co. and retailers Heilig-Meyers in Richmond, Va., C.S. Wo in Honolulu, and Levitz.

At Good Cos., he reports to President and CEO Danny Finegood. Verdeck replaces Rob Luce, who left Good last year to become president of an advertising agency.
