La-Z-Boy opens two stores, installs gallery in Ohio unit

Monroe, Mich. — Top 25 furniture manufacturer La-Z-Boy has opened two free-standing stores and an in-store gallery.
In Mentor, Ohio, the company has unveiled a 17,500-square-foot La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store on Mentor Avenue. Debbie and Ted Durdel are the store owners.
Elk Grove, Calif., is home to a new La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store on Laguna Boulevard. Jim Reego is owner of the 16,800-square-foot dedicated store.
A La-Z-Boy gallery has been installed at Quality Home Furnishings in Zanesville, Ohio.
The 5,488-square-foot gallery is part of Quality's 8,000-square-foot store on Maple Avenue. Terri Herron is store manager and John Sheppard is general manager of the Downing Companies, parent of Quality Home Furnishings.
