Klaussner picks Logility to manage supply chain

Atlanta — Klaussner Furniture has chosen Logility Voyager Solutions to help strengthen customer service by improving forecast accuracy, inventory management and demand visibility.
Klaussner selected Voyager Demand Planning to more accurately manage its business by aligning future investment with customer demand to boost customer service, shorten cycle times and reduce inventories of finished goods and obsolete product.
The manufacturer also will use Voyager Inventory Planning to maximize the information communicated from Demand Planning and measure time-phased inventory investments against desired customer service levels.
"Klaussner's goal is to deliver the perfect order — complete, on-time, and in good condition, and we feel that Logility gives us a valuable tool to help achieve this goal," said Chuck Miller, vice president of supply chain management for Klaussner.
