Hendricks Furniture Group hires Easter, promotes five
Easter brings retail and manufacturing experience

CONOVER, N.C. — Retailer Hendricks Furniture Group has promoted five executives and hired Eric Easter as executive vice president, a new post, effective Feb. 6.
Easter will lead the Top 100 company’s Boyles Distinctive Furniture, Norris Furniture and Interiors, Drexel Heritage and Thomasville divisions, with store and regional management reporting to him.
He comes to HFG from manufacturer Thomasville Furniture Inds., where he was executive vice president of sales and marketing. Before that, he was president of Indianapolis-based Kittle’s Furniture, another Top 100 store.
“Eric brings a wealth of both retail and manufacturing experience that will undoubtedly contribute to our success,” said Larry Hendricks, HFG owner. “In order to maintain our competitiveness and to prepare for a bright future, it is imperative that we position ourselves with the highest level of talent and a well-crafted organizational structure.”
HFG made the following promotions:
+ Rick Grant to president/chief operating officer. He joined HFG in 1989 as vice president of operations and most recently was executive vice president/COO.
+ Michael Delgaudio to executive vice president, responsible for exterior and interior store design, overseeing visual display teams and establishing HFG’s corporate fashion direction. He also serves as creative director for HFG’s divisions. Delgaudio was vice president/creative director. Prior to joining HFG in 2002, he worked for Century Furniture, the Beacon Hill showroom network and Henredon. He began his career in interior design with Lombards in Columbus, Ohio.
+ Randy Good to executive vice president, responsible for the merchandising and buying functions of HFG’s divisions. He was vice president, merchandising. Good joined HFG in 1992 as a retail sales associate and rose to regional sales manager before becoming involved in merchandising.
+ Chad Hendricks to executive vice president, overseeing all marketing and advertising initiatives. He was vice president, marketing and advertising. He joined HFG in 1991 as a retail sales associate and held a number of sales posts before becoming involved in marketing and advertising.
+ Scott Lever to executive vice president/chief financial officer. He was vice president of finance, and joined HFG in 1992 as controller.
