La-Z-Boy adds three stores, revamps metro Phoenix unit

Monroe, Mich. — Top 25 furniture manufacturer La-Z-Boy has opened three dedicated stores and reopened a fourth unit in cities across the United States.
In Winston-Salem, N.C., a La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store has been opened on Hanes Mall Boulevard. The 14,970-square-foot store is owned by James O'Neal.
Stoughton, Mass., is home to a new 17,000-square-foot La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store on Technology Drive.
Vin McEwan is general manager of La-Z-Boy Boston, which owns the store.
A new La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries store has opened in Shreveport, La., on East 70th Street.
The 19,000-square-foot unit is owned by Jim Lockhart. Connected to the store is a 2,000-square-foot Mattress Gallery by La-Z-Boy, offering a variety of Serta mattresses.
La-Z-Boy has reopened a dedicated store in Scottsdale, Ariz., on North Scottsdale Road.
The unit was renovated to reflect the company's New Generation format, and marks the Phoenix area as the first major market to convert all La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries to the new format.
The 18,100-square-foot store is owned by Ed Breunig.
