England launches 9th store in Texas

Selma, Texas — Upholstery maker England has opened an England Custom Furniture Direct store here, owned and operated by Custom Direct LLC.
The 12,000-square-foot store, built from the ground up, is the ninth in England's dedicated store network. It is in the Forum at Olympia Parkway, and showcases over 40 upholstered furniture styles, plus a wide selection of fabrics.
The Selma store is the seventh England store owned and operated by Custom Direct. Other stores in the network are in Round Rock, Texas; Youngstown and Toledo, Ohio; Gaithersburg and Wheaton, Md.; Cold Spring, Ky.; and Virginia Beach, Va.
Three more stores are planned in the first quarter of 2006.
England, based in New Tazewell, Tenn., is a La-Z-Boy division.
