Clayton Marcus opens galleries

Hickory, N.C. — Upholstery manufacturer Clayton Marcus has opened Home Expressions galleries in stores in Wisconsin, Missouri, Tennessee and Kansas.
In Appleton, Wis., Ludwig's Furniture has a 2,400-square-foot gallery in its 20,000-square-foot store. Ludwig's has been in business for over 30 years. Its Clayton Marcus gallery showcases 16 custom upholstery groups with accent pieces.
Ted Skelton, owner of Village Furniture in Cedarburg, Wis., has installed a Home Expressions Gallery featuring 15 groups in his new 18,000-square foot-store. Village Furniture, founded in 1998, now has two stores.
In Rolla, Mo., Creech Furniture has opened a 2,500-square-foot Home Expressions gallery. Owned and operated by Rodney Creech, the store has been in business for over six years, and has been a Clayton Marcus dealer from the beginning.
Cresent Home Furnishings in Brentwood, Tenn., has added a 2,200-square-foot gallery in its 48,000-square-foot store, and now has a Clayton Marcus area in both of its units. Cresent was founded in 1946. It's latest Home Expressions gallery showcases 18 groups.
In Kansas City, Kan., Mittelman Furniture has a new Clayton Marcus gallery in its 25,000-square-foot store, featuring 12 groups. The retailer has been in business for over 20 years.
Clayton Marcus, founded in 1960 in Hickory, N.C., now is a La-Z-Boy subsidiary.
