OWA promotes Williams to product development VP

Dalton, Ga. — Mandi Williams has been promoted to vice president of product development at rug resource Oriental Weavers USA.
She will be responsible for developing and sourcing new product in the rug and home categories for Oriental Weavers' U.S. operations.
Williams also will manage the design and product development team in the United States, and will provide color and product direction to the company's design team in Cairo, Egypt.
Prior to joining OWA in 2004, she was a rug designer and stylist at Springs Inds./Beaulieu Rugs.
She reports to Jonathan Witt, vice president of marketing.
"Her experience in designing custom products for major retailers will prove valuable as the company expands its offerings," said Mike Riley, OWA president. "Her fresh approach and keen eye will lead the company's continued growth and commitment to innovative design and color."
Oriental Weavers USA is a division of Oriental Weavers Group, a multinational collection of companies based in Cairo.
