Restonic offers Perfect Fit sleep accessories

Mattress pads, pillows part of program

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Top 15 bedding producer Restonic is aiming for a Perfect Fit with its new sleep accessories program.

The company said it is partnering with textile manufacturer Perfect Fit to offer a top-of-bed program, one that will include a variety of mattress pads, pillows and Restonic's Healthrest bedding.

The new program will give consumers one-stop shopping and will offer them a number of health benefits, Restonic officials said.

"This partnership expands the overall Restonic brand experience from the purchase of the mattress itself to all of the accessories needed to complement a wonderful night of sleep," said Ron Passaglia, Restonic's president. "Consumers can rest assured that they will receive the same high quality they've come to depend upon from Restonic. The Restonic sleep experience will now be available in this new line of products."

The mattress pads in the line will include the design of a new Marvelous Middle pad for customized back support, as well as comfort mattress pads for a choice of sleeping solutions. The pads are stain resistant, waterproof and anti-microbial, officials said.

Pillows will include a Sleeper's Choice model with multi-sleeping position support, a Marvelous 2-in-1 pillow with support foam and a down alternative, and a Flex-Wall pillow.

"These products are designed for new consumer retail channels such as Wal-Mart and Target," said Brooke Palmieri, Restonic's marketing manager. "This is an excellent opportunity for us to enter new consumer channels and share the Restonic brand with a new set of consumers."

The top-of-bed program will feature the new softer, friendlier look and feel that Restonic has embraced for its corporate identity, she said.

Perfect Fit, based in Charlotte, N.C., manufactures and markets home textile products in several categories including pillows, mattress pads, pillow and pad protectors, comforters and fiber beds.
