LOUISVILLE, Ky. — DMI Furniture, a division of Flexsteel Inds., has named Dave Scheu as president and chief operating officer of DMI's commercial office furniture division, a new position with the company.

Scheu joined DMI in 2003 as vice president and general manager of the commercial office division and before that held management positions at Kimball International for more than 25 years.

In his new position, he reports to Donald Dreher, president and CEO of DMI Furniture.

"Dave has demonstrated executive skills at every aspect of running a business," Dreher said in a statement. "His many years of sales and marketing leadership make him a very well-rounded executive."
