Stephens joins Hickory Springs

Hickory, N.C. — Components supplier Hickory Springs Mfg. has hired Ron Stephens as corporate buyer, a new position.

He is responsible for all national and regional contracts, and will work with all Hickory Springs facilities to identify potential new areas for corporate purchasing contracts.

Before joining Hickory Springs, Stephens spent 17 years in purchasing at manufacturer Broyhill Furniture.

Previously, he spent 10 years as communications manager and studio manager for Broyhill and CommScope, a cable designer and manufacturer.
