Phoenix Trim gets Sunbrella license
Will complement Joe Ruggiero line

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. -- Upholstery trim supplier Phoenix Trim Works has been licensed to produce a line of high-performance decorative trimmings under the Sunbrella brand name.
The company’s initial offering of cords, fringe, braids, bullion, tiebacks and tassels will complement Sunbrella performance fabrics created by home furnishings designer Joe Ruggiero. Phoenix Trim also recently signed a licensing agreement with Ruggiero.“Our customers who manufacture and sell outdoor and other performance-oriented products appreciate the value of the Sunbrella brand, and we are pleased to offer the use of the Sunbrella logo to them,” said Bill Gibbons, CEO of Phoenix Trim Works. “Phoenix is honored to be the newest member of the Glen Raven team.” Glen Raven Custom Fabrics makes Sunbrella fabrics.“The need for Sunbrella trims has grown steadily with the growth of Sunbrella fabrics in home furnishings applications,” said Dave Swers, furniture products manager for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics. “Phoenix will be an excellent resource to the trade for trimmings that complement the colors and design aesthetics of our fabrics and assure Sunbrella performance characteristics.”
