Two new collections, Sharp and Station, include entertainment pieces. Sharp is a modular unit that comes in two widths and is available in 24 pre-formatted color combinations. Station features an ash and cherry veneered unit with sliding glass doors.

The No. 3636 series includes a contemporary entertainment center with illuminated glass shelves and a rounded back. The TV console is at $99, and individual piers are at $129. Also introducing a four-piece wall unit at $899 that includes a full bar on the right pier, and a three-piece unit at $699 that features a retractable upper shelf. Other wall systems are being introduced at $599 and $1,099. The $1,099 models feature an expandable TV console that can accommodate screens up to 60 inches.

The new Ovalia collection by designer Normand Couture includes three consoles that accommodate most flat-screen televisions. The units are available with teak, walnut and cherry finishes.

Adding entertainment pieces to the Classic Oak, Coastal and Savannah collections. The new entries are designed specifically for flat-screen televisions.

Adding a pair of wall units with traditional styling that will accommodate a 42-inch plasma television. One unit, at $5,999 for the five-piece system, is 137 inches tall, while the second, at $6,499, is 156 inches tall.

The new Manhattan collection of contemporary living room furniture includes a modular entertainment cabinet that can be configured in a variety of ways to accommodate flat-screen televisions and components.

Adding 12 entertainment pieces to the top-selling Presidential Series, which is best known for its executive desks. The entertainment furniture accommodates most plasma, LCD and DLP televisions.

Introductions include a wall system at about $1,299 that features a warm rustic pine finish and pewter hardware.

Hooker

  • Introductions include six consoles with plasma lift mechanisms, four corner entertainment units, four consoles for flat-screen TVs up to 60 inches and four consoles for 50-inch screens. In addition, two new entertainment centers can be configured as a computer cabinet or wine cabinet.

  • Also introducing a half-dozen home theater wall systems and a transitional low-wall system that is available in a cherry or black finish. The home theater walls are designed for a variety of plasma, LCD and DLP televisions. One model, Summit Ridge, accommodates screens up to 73 inches, while others accommodate 50-inch to 60-inch screens.

Leda Furniture

The new Princeton collection includes a three-piece entertainment wall unit designed for large-screen plasma and DLP televisions. The unit features traditional styling and is available in four finishes.

Legacy Classic

Four new collections include entertainment units. The No. 625 group features French Provincial/Bombe styling, while the No. 600 group features traditional styling. Additionally, the No. 660 group features contemporary styling, and the No. 555 group features contemporary/transitional styling.

Making its debut in the category with 22 entertainment groups. Larger wall systems are at $999 and smaller units are at $499 to $599. The lineup includes the casual Tucson collection, the urban Juniper collection, the contemporary Pasadena collection, and the Mission and cottage-styled Lyndale collection.

Expanding its lineup of bar entertainment units with a variety of traditional, contemporary and exotic styles that include flat-screen television storage. Also expanding its assortment of wall units and consoles with several traditional, contemporary and Spanish-styled models.

Expanding its entertainment offerings with five credenza-style consoles for flat-screen televisions at $199. Two models are corner units, and three have stylish curved fronts.

Making its debut in entertainment furniture with the Great Room collection of television consoles at $599 to $799. The units come in traditional, country, contemporary and modern styling and will accommodate most flat-screen and traditional TVs.

A pair of entertainment walls at $999 and $1,499 feature Italian and contemporary design. Riga has a cherry finish and a black metal base, while Sera is sculpted with ash veneers, a merlot finish and brushed nickel hardware. Also introducing a pair of glass and metal consoles at $99 that support most flat-screen televisions, as well as a contemporary metal-and-glass wall unit at $999 to $1,199 that includes two TV consoles.

Primo Designs

Adding consoles with plasma lift mechanisms at $1,999 to several existing case goods groups. Styles include Mission, modern, traditional and Louis Philippe. Also unveiling four TV consoles at $699 in the same styles.

Riley Holliday Furniture

The new Signatures entertainment collection features a wall system that can be configured as a corner unit or a flat wall system. Available in oak, cherry and espresso finishes, it retails for $999 to $1,499. Also introducing a traditional wall system at $999 to $1,199 that is available in black, cherry and oak finishes.

Riverside

Adding two entertainment armoires. One model, Harlequin, features casual styling. The other entry, Palais Royale, features traditional styling with an espresso or distressed cherry finish. Both are at $749.

Sauder Woodworking

Adding entertainment pieces to the existing Brookstone, Orchard Hills, Heritage Hill, Convergence and Meretto collections. Entertainment is also part of the new Vista collection, which features casual contemporary styling, a rich dark alder finish, and satin-nickel hardware. The new Convergence pieces are small-scale offerings at $99 to $149 targeted to students and video game players.

Signature

Five new bedroom collections include a dresser with a lift mechanism for the mirror that allows a 42-inch, flat-screen TV to be hidden behind the mirror when not in use. In addition, components are hidden behind wood doors and can be operated with the doors closed. Also introducing eight wall systems that allow a plasma TV to be mounted on the back panel, and another 10 systems designed exclusively for LCD, DLP and plasma TVs. Plus, several new wall systems feature an adjustable bridge that can be expanded to accommodate TVs of 36 to 60 inches.

South Shore

IHFC M-1106

Introductions include two assembled entertainment centers and two ready-to-assemble models. The assembled units include one model with an adjustable bridge that can accommodate a 42-inch television, and a second unit that can accommodate 36-inch screens. The RTA units have traditional styling and a classic cherry finish.

Stanley

IHFC C-1158

The new Shelter Island, Serafina and Tre Venti collections each include 16 home entertainment pieces. Shelter Island pieces, at $1,095 to $2,895, include a plasma TV console with a lift mechanism and a pair of entertainment cabinets with bi-fold doors that can accommodate 50- to 60-inch televisions. Serafina and Tre Venti pieces, at $1,895 to $3,895, feature traditional European styling and include an entertainment console with a plasma bookcase hutch.

Sunrise

Introductions include three wall units from $999 to $2,499. The $999 model features traditional styling and a merlot cherry finish, while one of the $2,499 entries includes space for a small refrigerator and a lift mechanism for a flat-screen television.

Tvilum-Scanbirk

Introductions include Bocca, a modular entertainment wall system with contemporary styling at $795. It's available in five finishes with wood or glass doors.
